Bikram Yoga is one of the only hatha yoga methods that works the entire body in every session. Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is designed to suit the beginner student and challenge the most veteran practitioner. When done in the prescribed order, the postures work systematically to bring your body into optimal balance.
